After fourteen successful seasons of running one of the UK’s first glamping businesses Helen & Frazer Cunningham have created Tiny Homes Holidays with the dream of taking the Glamping vibe even further to create an all year round sustainable ‘Tiny Homes’ Boutique Retreat. Expect the quirkiness and ethics of a glamping break in bespoke architect deigned permanent well built cabin-style houses.

Born out of a quest for a life lived differently the Tiny Homes movement brings the practical solution of radically down sizing living space to escape the ‘work, eat, sleep, repeat’ routine. … A world away from the consumer driven ‘executive mansion’ a Tiny Home is just that, simpler living in a smaller, more efficient space.
Downsizing your space can upsize your free time. Living slowly and simply also appeals to those of us wanting to tread lightly on the planet and who value wellness and the sustainable environment.
Perhaps you have already heard of the Tiny Homes revolution and are curious to try it out with an eye to future plans … or maybe you are looking for a really different kind of ethical holiday?
Our Tiny Homes are set in a smallholding environment adjacent to the magnificent Parkhurst Forest with walking trails, cycle routes and wildlife galore – including the Isle of Wights famous red squirrels. Tranquil coastline or bustling Cowes are a cycle ride away. As you would expect the development utilises many eco friendly measures – including solar power, composting toilets, wood burning stoves and water recycling. There will be three (eventually six) Tiny Homes. We are purposefully keeping it …. tiny!
Guests will be able, if they wish, to join in working the soon to be developed mandala garden, and will be able to help themselves to produce if they do. There are various workshops and events on offer in our studio that reflect the ethos of Tiny Homes.
The Isle of Wight with it’s slower pace of life, clean air and stunning scenery is the perfect place to unwind.
Ingenious internal architecture will leave you surprised at how spacious Tiny can feel! Our Tiny Homes are architect designed with high spec finish … truly small but perfectly formed. We are designing our Tinies with holiday makers in mind. Thinking carefully about what you will need on holiday, what we can supply to make your stay ethically luxurious and making sure that you have a place to put anything you may bring with you. The idea is to travel light and fit right in!
