A Tiny walk in Parkhurst Forest
May 14, 2019 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
free
The renowned Isle of Wight Walking Festival is a highlight in the Islands outdoor event calendar. As one of the world’s longest running walking festivals, it appeals to all ages wanting to get outside and explore the varied landscape. Walks are led by locals and offer and range of terrains with something suitable for all abilities.
One such walk organised by the team behind Tiny Homes Holidays takes participants for a stroll through the ancient Parkhurst Forest. The woodland sits opposite the Tiny Homes Holidays site and is always popular with guests for walking, cycling and squirrel spotting! The quiet location lends itself to the restorative atmosphere enjoyed by many when heading into the great outdoors.
Keen to spread the word about off grid living, the walk is centred around the idea behind Tiny Homes Holidays. Guests are encouraged to chat and ask questions about all things Tiny Homes and eco cabins, from the sourcing of materials to everyone’s favourite subject – the composting toilets!
Free tea, coffee and home made cake for all after the walk at Tiny Homes Holidays Studio
